In the U.S., where sports are a way of life, a large-scale study shows nearly 68.5% of athletes face injuries. Our Freeior 100% carbon fiber flat plates provide the uncompromising rigid support needed for an unburdened recovery. By effectively limiting foot bending, these inserts help you safely manage discomfort.
Targeted Relief for Toe & Forefoot Injuries
Designed specifically for foot rehabilitation, this flat plate acts as a low-profile stabilizing shield. It minimizes joint flexion to help relieve pain associated with Turf Toe, Hallux Rigidus, Hallux Limitus, and Morton's Toe. It is also an ideal, lightweight alternative to replacing bulky walking boots during fracture recovery.
Aerospace-Grade Rigidity
Weighing only 0.08 lbs with 5x the strength of steel, these ultra-thin (0.05") carbon fiber inserts take up minimal space in your shoe while delivering incredible stability. Note: This is a pro-grade high-stiffness plate designed strictly for foot protection, not recommended for users seeking a soft, cushioned foot feel.
Select a carbon plate exactly 0.5 inches shorter than your original insole. Do not cut or trim. Too large causes shoe jamming; too small leads to slipping.
Proper Placement
Always insert the stiff plate underneath your existing shoe insole. Direct foot contact with the ultra-rigid surface risks discomfort or injury.
Shoe Compatibility
Designed strictly for footwear with removable insoles (sneakers, work boots). Not compatible with glued or fixed insoles.
Adaptation Period
Foot rehabilitation takes time. Allow a 1-2 week transition period, starting with 2 hours of use per day. Highly recommended to pair with cushioned insoles for optimal support.
Orthopedic surgeon recommended it for my high school son's turf toe.
I decided to pay just a little more and get 2 pieces.
They are reversible so simply put one in each of his 2 sneakers.
Totally helps his recovery !

Absolutely Recommend - Chronic Foot Pain and Broken Foot
These inserts are amazing - I did up with a slight problem with size, but that is my fault as I have one foot a half size smaller than the other. I have broken my fifth metatarsal (Jones Fracture) on my left foot twice now and have had chronic foot pain since then for overcompensating on my right foot. These insoles have helped so much since wearing them - I can't thank you enough! I'm definitely going to be ordering another pair for my husband as he spends hours on his feet and I really think these will help more than anything else he's ever tried.
And not only is product great, the customer service is amazing. I got a follow up email asking how I liked the insoles and if there was anything they could do to help to make my experience any better. I wrote back that I loved the insoles and they really have helped me but I thought that it was an automated email so I didn't go into much detail. Within 30 minutes, I got a response from a real person and she was so kind and was happy that I love the insoles. We exchanged a few more emails - just the fact that I had a real person check to see how you like their product just makes this all the better of an experience. Thank you again!

True to size. I wear an 8 &1/2 and bought this in 8 & 1/2.
Recovering from a stress fracture of the second metatarsal on my right foot; was wearing a walking cast, but my podiatrist has released me to wear this for two weeks. A great step down from the boot. Thin and rigid as possible. Carbon fiber, hence the price. I am still limping of course but at least I can get around, walk my dogs a half mile, drive and get around the grocery store.

Works well
Does the job. I have hallux rigidus so need good inserts or my toe won't cooperate and hurts a lot.
