Size Guide & FAQ

Do carbon fiber insoles really make you jump higher?
Yes! This specifically applies to the breathable perforated carbon plates found in our Performance Insoles collection (including the 2-IN-1 models). The aerospace-grade carbon fiber acts like a springboard, storing energy upon impact and releasing it during toe-off for an explosive propulsive boost. Learn the science behind it.
How do I choose the right size?
For models featuring an arch support top cover, simply select your standard shoe size. For our pure carbon fiber flat plates, order a size exactly 0.5 inches shorter than your existing insole to avoid shoe jamming. Read our full sizing guide.
Do they fit in all types of shoes?
They perform best in footwear with removable factory insoles, particularly lace-up shoes (like basketball shoes, running sneakers, or work boots). Laces allow you to easily adjust the internal volume for a perfect, customized fit. They are not recommended for cleats and tight dress shoes.
How should I insert them into my shoes?
For 2-IN-1 models, place the carbon plate underneath the provided arch support cover. Pure carbon plates should never be used alone against the foot; generally, place them under your shoe's removable insole or your custom orthotic for comfort. Learn how to properly wear them.
Can I trim or cut the carbon fiber plates?
No. Our aerospace-grade carbon fiber cannot be cut or altered. Doing so will destroy the structural integrity of the insole. Please ensure you select the correct size.
Is there a break-in period?
Yes. Your feet and muscles need time to adapt to the new biomechanical support. We highly recommend a 1-to-2-week transition period, starting with 1-2 hours of wear per day. Read our Break-in Guide.
What is your shipping & return policy?
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3-5 business days. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. View our full Refund Policy.
