I prefer a little more arch support but again very comfortable. Well see how they hold up over time . Sizing: they come with instructions to trim the foam to size with markings for size on the bottom. Im size 11.5, had to cut below 11 to make them fit properly but no big deal.

The squishy insert also seems like really high quality. I wear a size 7.5-8 in women��s and I didn��t need to cut the squishy insert at all, it fit perfectly.

Great quality inserts for the price. Makes my she's comfortable to wear now. You receive excellent arch support with these. What works different with these there is an added insert for under to provide more ventilation. They are very durable. I switch them out to use in different shoes. And they fit very true to my size or you can trim them if needed.
