For great feeling feet

These are super comfortable inserts. They are well built and fit fine once trimmed to the right size. I go through several pairs of running shoes a year, and always replace the inserts with better support like these. This set has a particularly good arch support. Time will tell how durable they are but initial impressions are great.

Good support

I got these for a pair of shoes I recently got that had a large toe box, but not a lot of support. These immediately made the shoes feel better. My feet no longer get sore wearing them and after a whole day of wearing them, I had no pain in my ankles, skins, and legs like I did without them. They were true to size and seem to be made out of good quality material that won't break down quickly. I just got them so I can't speak on their longevity, but so far I'm pleased.

Feel great!

I wear a women's 7 1/2 running shoe and these insoles fit perfectly without any trimming needed. They slide right in and stay in place, which I appreciate since some inserts shift around after a few miles. The cushioning feels substantial underfoot and gives me noticeable arch support without being too hard or stiff. I tested them on a few different runs and also while walking around the house, and they made my shoes feel more supportive and comfortable overall.

The material is breathable, so my feet don't get overly hot or sweaty, and they don't add any bulk to my shoes. I like that they give extra support for longer runs but are also comfortable enough for everyday wear. For someone with flat feet and occasional heel pain, these insoles provide a good mix of softness and structure. I think they'll hold up well with regular use, and they make my shoes feel better than the original insoles that came with them.

This is a pair of arch support inserts. These are firm inserts that give solid support. The quality is very good, sizing is accurate, they are as pictured, as described, and these are comfortable. If you need arch support, these should help. Overall these seem like a decent value.

Great support and the lines made it super easy to cut to adjust the size. good quality and materials. the arch and feel was perfect.
